  • Leads

    Directing specific customer inquiries (leads) pertaining to a particular listing. Our vertical search format is structured so that our customers only receive the most relevant results. Through our real estate search process, our customers are able to stringently refine their inquiries / searches, arriving at only the most pertinent apartment rental options. For brokers, this means that you will only be dealing with clients who are generally interested in renting your property listing. Our clients, prospective renters, can contact you in one of two ways:

    1. Through our Call Center, prospective renters will be able to dial in an extension number that corresponds to a specific appointed rental listing broker firm.
    2. Through our Web based form, prospective renters will be able to send an email directly to the assigned broker.

    Our operators and analysts monitor and record all inquiries so that you, the broker, have the ability to maintain a keen eye on the traffic and productivity that our service provides for your business.
    (In order to protect the Broker and limit the potential high invoicing, you cannot be charged for more than two leads per the same listing per day.)
